Stephanie Ebert serves as Ellis Porter’s Director of Product Operations, overseeing the development and continuous improvement of the firm’s case management system and client-facing portal experience. She works with stakeholders across the case lifecycle to understand their day-to-day challenges and identify ways technology can make a complicated process smoother and clearer. Her team helps legal teams and clients collaborate more effectively by listening closely, connecting the dots, and finding practical options that support the work at each step.

Stephanie’s connection to immigration is personal. Her mother-in-law immigrated to the United States from South Korea, and Stephanie was born in Panama while her father served as a military officer. Her family’s experiences have shaped a desire to explore other places and cultures while welcoming people from around the world. Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer, coaching her children’s basketball teams, oil painting, reading, and time with family.
