Natalie Lynn Puletti is an attorney at Ellis Porter, focused on EB-2 National Interest Waivers, EB-1A, EB-1B, and O-1 matters, representing clients across research, academia, and technology, including individuals working at the forefront of cancer research, artificial intelligence, and semiconductor innovation. She approaches each case with close attention to the person behind it, combining thoughtful strategy with a highly responsive and supportive client experience.

Before joining EP, Natalie interned with the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Immigration and Citizenship in Washington, D.C. She later practiced at a large international immigration firm in New York City, where she advised corporate and private clients across industries including financial services, media, entertainment, technology, and life sciences.

Natalie’s connection to immigration law is rooted in her family’s history, with ties to Italy and Ireland. Outside of work, she enjoys reading fiction, playing piano, going to concerts, and spending time with her husband and their cat, Persephone. A devoted animal lover, she also swims in the ocean with just about anything and tends to a small community of feral cats in her backyard.
