Nadia
Langworthy
Senior Attorney
Nadia Langworthy is a Senior Attorney at Ellis Porter, focused on high-skilled immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 petitions. She works with researchers and scientists and has particular experience developing NIW petitions for entrepreneurs, industry practitioners, and technical experts whose accomplishments may not follow a conventional academic path. Nadia brings thoughtful, creative analysis and close attention to detail to these complex matters.
Her client approach is personal and responsive, grounded in the belief that strong internal collaboration helps support a strong client experience. Nadia’s commitment to immigration work also reflects her family’s story: her mother and other relatives built new lives in the United States after immigrating in the 1970s. Outside of work, she enjoys biking along Chicago’s lakefront path, reading in cafés, baking, pickleball, travel, and embroidery. She also enjoys creative writing and received a Hopwood Award in college for a story based on her mother’s immigration experience.
