Sasha
Arroyo

Attorney

Sasha Arroyo is an attorney at Ellis Porter, focused on high-skilled immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 petitions. She works with researchers and scientists and brings responsiveness, close attention to detail, and clear communication to each case. Sasha tailors her strategy to the client’s goals and provides straightforward guidance as they navigate complex immigration matters.

Her path to immigration law began at the Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic at Elon University School of Law, where she saw the difference meaningful support could make for Spanish-speaking families. She later interned on employment-based and family-based petitions, experiences that confirmed her interest in immigration practice. Outside of work, Sasha enjoys salsa dancing, hiking, traveling, and supporting her children in their hobbies. She also lived in Germany for three years.
