Mike
Kasprzynski

Senior Attorney

Mike Kasprzynski is a Senior Attorney at Ellis Porter, focused on high-skilled immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 petitions. He works with researchers, scientists, software engineers, and other professionals. Mike takes time to understand each client’s goals and circumstances, then develops a tailored strategy that helps them move forward with a clear picture of the process.

Prior to joining Ellis Porter, Mike practiced as an immigration attorney in the public and private sectors, representing a variety of clients before the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, and Department of Justice.

Of Polish and Mexican heritage, Mike grew up along the U.S.-Mexico border and saw the difficulties faced by immigrant communities. Those experiences prompted him to pursue immigration law. Outside of work, he enjoys volunteering, traveling, watching baseball, and spending time with family. He also plays guitar and bass and is an avid baseball card collector.
