Anastasia
Ramjattan
Attorney
Anastasia Ramjattan is an attorney at Ellis Porter, focused on EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 matters for researchers and scientists. She takes a proactive, precise approach to each case, prioritizing clear and efficient communication so clients understand both the process and the reasoning behind each step. Her goal is to make complex immigration pathways feel structured, predictable, and manageable while building the strongest possible case.
Anastasia’s connection to immigration work is personal. Her father immigrated to the United States from Cuba, and that family experience has deepened her understanding of the importance immigration pathways can hold for individuals and families. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends, along with Ziggy, whom she calls the best dog ever.
