Saenz
Attorney
Israel Saenz is an attorney at Ellis Porter, focused on EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 matters for researchers, scientists, and engineers. Drawing on more than 10 years of experience in high-skilled immigration, he works closely with clients to establish a case plan and timeline that fit their individual backgrounds, goals, and circumstances. Israel brings a deep respect for the challenges clients face and a sustained commitment to helping them pursue their goals in the United States.
Before moving into law, Israel worked as a newspaper journalist in his native South Texas, where he covered numerous immigration stories. That work sparked his interest in immigration law and its potential to make a positive impact. Outside of work, Israel enjoys trying to improve his guitar playing, cooking, writing screenplays, and spending time with family and pets. He also collects horror movie score vinyl, including the scores for Carrie, The Thing, and The Fly.
