Burch

Chandler Burch is an attorney at Ellis Porter, working on EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), EB-1A, and I-485 matters for researchers, engineers, entrepreneurs, and other high-skilled clients. He develops strategies that identify the distinctive aspects of each client’s background and achievements while applying data-informed methods shaped by adjudication trends and evolving government policy. Chandler focuses on presenting clear, understandable evidence and building cases that support each client’s path forward.

Chandler brings more than a decade of immigration experience to Ellis Porter. He began as a paralegal preparing supporting materials for EB-2 NIW, EB-1A, EB-1B, and O-1 petitions, and later worked as a student attorney on removal and asylum cases in his law school’s immigration clinic. After law school, he served as an RFE response specialist and lead adjustment of status attorney before focusing on I-140-stage EB-2 and EB-1 matters. Outside of work, Chandler enjoys soccer, trying new foods, traveling, and time with family. He has also won two World Series of Poker rings.
