David leads our High-Skilled Immigration team and has built his career on a simple belief: no two extraordinary careers look alike, so no two petitions should either. He works with researchers, academics, and business leaders pursuing EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, and O-1 cases, in both self-petition and employer-sponsored contexts.
David has a gift for finding the strategy others miss. After helping manage thousands of high-skilled cases earlier in his career, he saw that personally tailored petitions consistently outperform template approaches. That conviction led him to co-found a firm built around truly understanding each client’s achievements, a philosophy he carried into Ellis Porter when his team joined forces with the firm.
Outside the office, David channels that same curiosity and problem-solving mindset into DIY projects. Whether he’s planning an outdoor upgrade, tackling a renovation, or trying to make one more trip to the hardware store for “just for a screw,” he enjoys the challenge of turning an idea into a finished project. The results are not always flawless, but they are usually functional, and every project comes with a good story.
