Partner

Allyn Sinicropi is a Partner at Ellis Porter, where she leads the firm’s Green Card Services practice. She focuses on employment-based permanent residence matters and works with clients across industries. Allyn breaks the process into clear, step-by-step phases, explaining timelines, risks, and options in plain language. She stays proactive about priority date movement, policy changes, and case milestones so clients understand what is ahead and can make decisions grounded in both the law and their real-world circumstances.

Allyn’s connection to the intersection of immigration and the law is personal. Her parents immigrated from Honduras, where her grandmother was an attorney and judge; her grandmother’s example inspired Allyn’s own path to the law. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Allyn enjoys traveling to Northern Michigan, spending time with family, and following University of Michigan football. She was married on the University of Michigan campus.
