Alyssa
Huth

Alyssa Huth is an attorney at Ellis Porter, working on high-skilled immigrant matters, including EB-1A and EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, for researchers and scientists. She prioritizes helping clients understand their options and the legal advice that applies to their case. Alyssa approaches each matter with diligence and efficiency, working to present the strongest case possible based on each client’s individual circumstances.

Before taking on her current role at Ellis Porter, Alyssa worked on several teams at the firm as a law clerk, gaining experience across a range of immigration matters. She also participated in her law school’s immigration clinic, where she primarily assisted with asylum cases. Her interest in immigration law grew from working with ESL students and seeing the value immigrants bring to their communities. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys baking, spending time with family, and being outdoors—especially running, playing pickleball with friends, and skiing in the winter.
