Andy Ingebritson is a Partner at Ellis Porter and one of the leaders who helped build the firm’s high-skilled immigration practice. He focuses on EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 matters for researchers, scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, executives, and other high-skilled individuals. Andy is known for a data-driven, evidence-based approach to case strategy, using adjudication insights and firm experience to tailor strong, individualized filings for each client.

Before joining EP, Andy spent five years practicing high-skilled immigration with a focus on Requests for Evidence, appeals, and securing approvals after prior denials. He later co-founded Ellis Porter’s High-Skilled Immigration team in 2018.

Andy values the opportunity to play a meaningful role in each client’s immigration journey. Outside of work, he enjoys birding, golfing, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
