Partner

Anthony is a Partner who leads Ellis Porter’s Automotive/Engineering/Manufacturing Industry Practice Group, working primarily with clients in these fields, which include startup companies, Fortune 500 companies, and every size company in between. Our clients count on Anthony as a responsive, knowledgeable, and compassionate attorney, relying on the practical advice he provides on nonimmigrant visas, employment-based green cards, worksite compliance, and other business immigration issues. Anthony has also presented and lectured on the fundamentals of employment-based immigration and its benefits to education, innovation, culture, and the economy. Before joining Ellis Porter in May 2012, Anthony represented clients in family-based green card matters, asylum hearings, deportation proceedings, and appellate filings with the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Anthony’s family immigrated to the United States from Italy in the 1930s, and this personal immigration connection helps him to appreciate the devotion and challenges of the immigrant experience. Also a sports fan, Anthony is an ardent supporter of Xavier basketball, Notre Dame football, and the Detroit Red Wings.
