Anu Nandi is an attorney at Ellis Porter, where she focuses on H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1, and dependent matters for technology companies. Anu’s connection to this work is personal. Her parents immigrated to the United States from India before she was born, and she watched their journey from temporary nonimmigrant status to U.S. citizenship. Seeing the dedication, patience, and resilience that process required shaped her appreciation for both the opportunities immigration can create and the challenges families may face along the way.
Outside of work, Anu enjoys traveling, cooking and baking, trying new cuisines and coffee shops, and binge-watching reality television.
