Blaine M. B.
Boles

Attorney

Blaine M. B. Boles is an attorney at Ellis Porter, where he focuses on EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 matters, along with Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Deny, appeals, premium processing upgrades, and online filing strategy. He works closely with entrepreneurs, software engineers, researchers, and scientists, and is especially drawn to complex cases that call for careful analysis and creative thinking. His approach is to understand each client holistically and build a strategy around the strongest and most persuasive picture of their background and achievements.

Before joining EP, Blaine worked as an associate attorney in high-skilled immigration, serving corporate clients, small businesses, students, and professionals pursuing green cards. He also briefly served as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Outside of work, Blaine enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time with his wife and daughter. In whatever free time he can find, he also likes “vibe coding” video games and other productivity tools.
