Delany Cardenas is an attorney at Ellis Porter who focuses on high-skilled immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, and O-1 petitions. She works with researchers, scientists, engineers, and other accomplished professionals, tailoring case preparation to each client’s credentials, plans, and immigration goals. Delany values clear, consistent communication and aims to serve as an attentive guide through complex immigration processes. She takes time to explain immigration law, policies, and procedures in straightforward terms so clients understand their options and feel aligned throughout case preparation.

Before joining Ellis Porter, Delany spent two years in general immigration practice. Her experience included complex employer-sponsored petitions, naturalization applications, adjustment of status matters, cancellation of removal, and family-based immigration. This broad foundation informs her thoughtful, client-centered approach to high-skilled immigration matters.
