Devin Wells is Ellis Porter’s Talent Acquisition Manager, leading talent acquisition across all departments and practice groups. He works closely with firm leadership to understand evolving needs and translate them into thoughtful, strategic hiring decisions. Devin’s approach centers on building high-performing teams that strengthen the quality, responsiveness, and expertise behind Ellis Porter’s client service, while creating a transparent and seamless experience for candidates and internal hiring teams.

Devin was drawn to immigration work because he wanted his career to have a positive impact on people’s lives. He finds meaning in the resilience and ambition of immigrants and in supporting people as they pursue new opportunities and long-term goals. Outside of work, Devin enjoys live music, playing soccer, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
