Filip
Kobylecki
Attorney
Filip Kobylecki is an attorney at Ellis Porter who advises clients on employment-based and family-based immigration matters. His practice includes L-1, TN, H-1B, E-2, and EB-1C petitions; marriage-based green cards; consular applications; and broader global mobility strategies. He works with U.S. expansion clients across a range of industries, with particular experience in E-2 matters, exceptional-circumstances requests, and new-office L-1 petitions. Filip takes a comprehensive, long-term approach, analyzing organizational needs and available visa options while focusing on careful status maintenance and thorough case preparation.
Before joining Ellis Porter, Filip spent more than four years at a high-volume immigration law firm and in solo practice, supporting clients with a wide range of employment- and family-based immigration matters. His commitment to this work is personal: he is the son of Polish immigrants and remains active in the Polish community. Outside of work, Filip enjoys tennis, gardening, cooking, kayaking, and spending time with his wife, Julie, and their dog, Daisy.
