Jamie
Martin

Attorney

Jamie L. Martin is an attorney at Ellis Porter, working on EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 matters for researchers, scientists, and industry experts. She is committed to making the immigration process easier to understand and takes care to explain strategy and next steps in a way that helps clients feel informed, confident, and supported throughout their case.

Before joining EP, Jamie practiced immigration law for roughly eight years, handling a wide range of matters for both individuals and large corporate clients.

Jamie’s connection to immigration work is also personal. As a descendant of immigrants, she keeps her great-grandparents’ naturalization certificates in her office as a reminder of the sacrifices that made her own path possible. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, running, cooking, reading, caring for her houseplants, and trying recipes from around the world, with a cookbook collection spanning cuisines from Somalia to Morocco to Indonesia that has long outgrown her spice rack.
