Jasmine Anderson is an Attorney at Ellis Porter, where she focuses on high-skilled immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, and O-1 petitions. She works with researchers, scientists, software engineers, and other high-skilled professionals in STEM and the humanities, with particular interest in non-traditional EB-2 National Interest Waiver cases.

Jasmine brings a client-centered, detail-oriented approach to each matter. She enjoys working through unusual challenges and developing creative, practical strategies that reflect each client’s circumstances and goals. She aims to help clients navigate a complex immigration system while remaining informed and confident at every stage.

Before joining Ellis Porter, Jasmine worked in high-skilled immigration and the nonprofit immigration sector, and gained litigation experience representing large corporate clients and municipal governments. Her family’s immigration story—through relatives who immigrated from Jamaica—continues to shape the care and purpose she brings to her work. Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, traveling, and adding to her growing postcard collection.
