Jennifer
Baker

Jennifer Baker serves as Ellis Porter’s Director of Knowledge & Enablement. She leads work related to knowledge systems, training, and process design that helps the firm deliver consistent, high-quality service across teams. Her role focuses on building the operational foundation behind client service, with an emphasis on strategic planning, operational excellence, digitization, and well-supported legal work.

Before joining EP, Jen spent nearly 20 years in the immigration field across law firm, technology, and professional services settings. Her experience includes work at a small immigration practice, a large corporate immigration law firm, an immigration technology startup, and a Big Four professional services firm, where she led global implementation of immigration technology for multinational employers and their foreign national employees.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys travel, gardening, textile crafts like tapestry, knitting, and needlepoint, puzzles and brain teasers, and spending time with loved ones, especially her four-legged companions.
