Jillian
Marchi

Jillian Marchi is a Senior Attorney at Ellis Porter, where she focuses on high-skilled immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 petitions. She has worked with clients across a wide variety of fields and brings a thoughtful, comprehensive approach to each matter. Jillian pays close attention to the nuances of a client’s circumstances to help ensure they receive appropriate advice and a positive I-140 experience.

Before going to law school, Jillian served as a paralegal on I-140 and I-129 immigration matters. During law school, Jillian clerked for a state appellate judge and working for a defense litigation firm.

Patient and responsive, Jillian is glad to answer clients’ questions about their case strategy and process, no matter how minor. She aims to provide direct, respectful guidance throughout the I-140 process. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She is also an avid Formula 1 fan.
