Levey

Julie P. Levey is a Senior Attorney and practice leader at Ellis Porter who has spent more than 12 years focused on high-skilled employment immigration. Her practice centers on O-1 visas and EB-1A and EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) green cards for entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, technology professionals, and other accomplished individuals in entertainment, business, science, and the creative industries.

Julie regularly works with startup founders, executives, researchers, artists, and creators with demonstrated records of achievement, innovation and recognition in their fields. She takes time to understand each client’s field, career trajectory, and long-term goals, then develops customized, evidence-driven strategies that present their achievements in a compelling and well-organized way. Julie is patient, responsive, and transparent throughout the process.

Outside of work, she enjoys biking, yoga, concerts, and spending time with her family, including her two children and rescue dog.
