Mia
Eid

Attorney

Mia Eid is an attorney at Ellis Porter focused on EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 matters for researchers, scientists, engineers, executives, scholars, and artists. She steadily guides her clients through the complex and dynamic immigration system, building trust through clear, consistent communication, meticulous work, and a calm, strategic approach to challenges.
Mia’s connection to immigration work is personal. Her parents fled the Lebanese civil war and, with the help of immigration lawyers, navigated the U.S. immigration system to create a better future for their family. Her experience informs her commitment to clients pursuing their own futures in the United States. Outside of work, Mia enjoys travel, cooking, and spending time with family. She has traveled to 18 countries, and Lebanon is her clear favorite.
