Michael Linn is a Senior Attorney at Ellis Porter, focused on EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 matters for researchers, scientists, and business professionals, helping clients present their achievements in a clear and compelling way. Michael is known for his close communication style and for helping clients focus on the details that can make the greatest difference in a strong case strategy.
Before joining Ellis Porter, Michael worked at another immigration firm serving similar high-skilled clients for a year and a half. That experience gave him a strong foundation in employment-based immigration and helped shape his practical, thoughtful approach to advising clients through a process that is often opaque and constantly changing.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys cooking, board games, watching sports, spending time at the gym, live music, and traveling in the United States and abroad.
