Natalia Sarraf is a Partner at Ellis Porter, where she advises technology, fintech, insurtech, biotech, and staffing corporations on a broad range of nonimmigrant and immigrant matters. Her practice includes H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B, E-2, E-3, F-1, J-1, and TN/TD matters, as well as PERM, I-140, and I-485 work. Natalia develops pragmatic, compliant strategies that help employers recruit and retain foreign talent while supporting their business goals.

Natalia’s work includes complex H-1B and cap-exempt strategies, third-party placement compliance structuring, H-1B portability and amendments, I-9 compliance programs, and immigration-related risk management. She also advises HR and business leaders on workforce mobility and corporate transactions. Natalia began her immigration career as a paralegal and worked full time while earning her law degree. Before joining EP, she held an immigration compliance role on the legal team at the largest online mortgage lender in the United States.

The daughter of parents who immigrated from Iraq, Natalia is connected to Michigan’s Chaldean community. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, and dining out with family and friends.
