Sean Stork is an attorney at Ellis Porter, focused on high-skilled immigration matters for researchers, scientists, and clients in business fields. He works to understand each client’s distinct professional accomplishments and develop a customized case strategy that presents those achievements in the most compelling way. Sean emphasizes clear, frequent communication so clients understand both the immigration process and the strategy behind their case.

Sean has successfully responded to many Requests for Evidence and helped clients overcome those requests, as well as prior denials, to secure approvals. He values immigration work for the opportunity to work closely with clients as they pursue their goals. Outside of work, Sean enjoys cooking, books, and all things science fiction and fantasy. He often leads and rarely misses weekly game nights with friends.
