Attorney

Shaqueil Stephenson is an attorney at Ellis Porter, focused on EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 matters for researchers, scientists, entrepreneurs, engineers, and other high-skilled professionals. He collaborates closely with clients to develop petitions that highlight the strongest and most compelling aspects of their professional profiles. Shaqueil provides comprehensive, tailored advice so clients can understand each step of their case and how it relates to their particular circumstances.

As a first-generation American, Shaqueil has watched family members navigate the U.S. immigration process and has seen both the joy of successful filings and the consequences of a denial. Those experiences inspired him to become an immigration attorney. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, traveling, movies and shows, and time with his large family. He has played NBA 2K25 exclusively for the past two years.
