Stephen Wheeler Handlon is an Attorney at Ellis Porter, where he focuses on EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, and O-1 matters. Before joining Ellis Porter, he completed a two-year federal clerkship and worked at a high-volume law firm handling high-skilled and complex employment-based immigration matters.
Stephen’s interest in immigration reflects longstanding connections with immigrant friends and cultural-exchange programs, as well as formative study and research experiences in France. Outside of work, he enjoys reading business, history, and classic literature; travel; new restaurants; recreational sports; and time outdoors with friends and family. He has traveled to 35 states and hopes to visit every state at least once.
