Steven Harris is a Senior Attorney at Ellis Porter, focused on PERM matters for automotive, engineering, and technology companies. He emphasizes clear communication, practical education, and responsiveness, helping clients understand key terminology, timelines, and strategy so the process feels more manageable from start to finish.
Before joining EP, Steven practiced immigration law for small and mid-sized corporate clients. His experience, along with time spent studying abroad in France, helped deepen his appreciation for the challenges people face when adapting to a new country and reinforced his commitment to helping clients pursue permanent residency with clarity and care.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys hiking, pickleball, roller hockey, playing the piano, reading, travel, and time with his three children.
