Tiffany Killpack is an attorney at Ellis Porter, focused primarily on EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) and EB-1A matters for researchers and scientists. She combines compassion, creativity, and clarity to build a personalized client experience, explaining strategy in straightforward terms and helping clients make informed decisions that account for their financial, family, and long-term immigration priorities. Tiffany sees every client as an individual with a unique story and works behind the scenes to build strong, persuasive cases.

Tiffany’s path to immigration work was shaped by 19 months living in Puebla and Tlaxcala, Mexico, where friendships and conversations with people from across Central and South America deepened her understanding of the sacrifices immigration can involve. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, quilting and embroidery, playing Minecraft, and hiking with her two dogs, Pepper and Otter. She also runs a small candle business and is always happy to talk about dogs.
