Arvinder Ubhi

Partner, U.S. Expansion Team

Arvinder is a Partner, and he leads our U.S. Expansion practice team from Ellis Porter’s London, UK office. Arvinder worked with Ellis Porter in the US as an immigration attorney from 2012-2015, and he rejoined Ellis Porter after working for two Big Four accounting firms as a US immigration attorney in Toronto, Canada. In these roles, Arvinder managed a high volume of employment-based work visa and green card cases for large, multinational corporations.

Having spent time working the US and Canada, and navigating his own work visa application processes, Arvinder has a unique, personal appreciation for the challenges faced by our clients. Arvinder has built a reputation as an excellent account manager known for exceeding expectations when it comes to responsiveness and client service. His British accent is pretty cool too.

Arvinder was born and raised in London, and he claims to have been a rugby legend back in the day. Outside the office, he is a huge fan of soccer and Formula 1 racing, and a connoisseur of fine scotch.
